Make-up artists made the future queen of Great Britain discreet make-up with an emphasis on natural beauty and attractiveness. Catherine’s hair remained loose: it was styled in soft waves.

The Princess of Wales made a surprise appearance at the event. Entering the clinic, she said with a smile: “Sorry to interrupt your party. I hope you don’t mind!”. The volunteers present were very pleasantly surprised that the royal guest had decided to join them.

The Prince of Wales’ wife chatted to a retired nurse called Brenda, as well as brothers Henry and George, who received music therapy at a children’s hospice overseen by Catherine.

The Princess also spoke about her children’s musical preferences – Prince George is keen on guitar, Princess Charlotte loves to sing and little Prince Louis really enjoys the drums. The conversation between the people at the clinic and the royal person was warm and friendly. The Prince and Princess of Wales are already preparing their work schedule for next year. The royal couple are preparing for their first overseas visit to Italy in the spring of 2024.
