On January 4, per a report from Brides, the Royal Household shared a job opening on LinkedIn for a visits and events manager, who will personally work with the prince and princess.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are looking for an events manager to plan their outings, and you could land the job if you’ve got the right qualifications.

According to the LinkedIn job posting, the ideal candidate’s job will consist of “assisting in the development of their royal highnesses’ official programs and working creatively with the team to shape, plan, and implement a wide variety of visits, ranging from formal state occasions to more imaginative engagements based around their royal highnesses’ thematic areas.”

If hired, the candidate will work closely with the visits and events team, private secretary team, and communications team to develop programs that will align with their engagements and coordinate their calendar year.

Per the job posting, the candidate will be expected to manage, lead, conceptualize, and deliver overseas visits for the Prince and Princess, as well as cover all the aspects of the internal and external processes from start to finish.

The person will be the primary point of contact for anyone involved in the planning and execution processes. In addition to this, the candidate will write briefs for the staff’s senior members.

The right candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, a keen interest in the royals’ work and above all, the ability to be discrete and confidential.
