Princess Kate is Still WORRIED About GEORGE While Her Children Continue to CARE for Her

The Prince and Princess of Wales’ children have decided to look after their mum during her recovery. At the same time, Catherine, Princess of Wales, continues to worry about her eldest son. But more on that in a moment.

Let’s start with how Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are showing concern for Princess Catherine, who underwent abdominal surgery in January. Her Highness is currently getting a break from the public spotlight as well as royal duties. While she is home and recuperating with her strength, she is being helped by her three children. It is very interesting how George, Charlotte and Louis show themselves during a difficult time for Catherine.

“The Princess of Wales appreciates the interest this statement will generate. She hopes that the public will understand her desire to maintain as much normality for her children as possible; and her wish that her personal medical information remains private,” her team said in the official statement released on Wednesday.

Prince William is also understood to be cutting back on public duties to support his wife during her recovery as well as take care of Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis. The Prince of Wales, 41, will not undertake official duties while Princess Kate is in the hospital or during the early days of her home recovery in Windsor, where the family relocated from London in 2022.

Kensington Palace announced on Wednesday that the Princess of Wales underwent a “planned abdominal surgery” at The London Clinic the previous day.

“The surgery was successful, and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days, before returning home to continue her recovery,” the statement said. “Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter.”

In the statement, Kate also apologized for postponing her public work with charities and other organizations.

“The Princess of Wales wishes to apologize to all those concerned for the fact that she has to postpone her upcoming engagements. She looks forward to reinstating as many as possible, as soon as possible,” they said in the statement.
