Prince Harry got roasted for his one day trip to London after King Charles’ cancer diagnosis went public. Sources say Harry met with King Charles for less than an hour, checked in to a hotel, and then jetted back to Montecito to be with his wife Meghan Markle and their kids.
Why Did Prince Harry Cut His London Trip Short
The media and Royal Family fans are convinced the Duke of Sussex traveled to London just to save face and met with his sick father for a PR opportunity.
If he genuinely cared about the Royals, Harry would have stuck around and spent more than 50 minutes with King Charles, right? Well, there may be more going on than meets the eye.
Insiders seem to think that Prince William may have shut down his brother’s meeting with the King when he learned that he had arrived in London. And, that would actually make a lot more sense.
If Prince Harry just wanted to make himself look good by visiting his dad, he had to have known he would get roasted for leaving that early. Unless of course someone sent him packing back to California.
Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton was just released from the hospital and went through emergency surgery. Then Prince William’s father went in for a procedure and found out he had cancer.
It’s safe to say that the Duke of Cambridge is hanging on by a thread and finding out that Prince Harry was in town may have put him over the edge. It’s not absurd to think that William forced Harry to go home.

The last thing they need is someone snooping around who does Oprah interviews and writes books about them. That would also explain why Prince Harry slept at a hotel and not at any of his family’s umpteen properties.
